Critics and tastemakers have remarked that Indie-folk/ Americana artist Russ Glenn “writes melodic, soothing odes that crawl inside the recesses of your subconscious and root there for days at a time,” and have compared him to “a fiery Van Morrison” with “a bit of the Dave Matthews Band and Ben Folds”. His latest single, “Half-life”, was selected as a finalist in the Rocky Mountain Songwriting Contest for 2025. After his performance in Santa Fe, he heads up to the Red Lodge Songwriter’s Festival in Montana.
