Chef Randy Tapia's Mystic Mesa
We’re proud to introduce Randy Tapia’s Mystic Mesa, our new full dinner menu, now being served Thursday through Saturday, 5pm–10pm. This marks a true return to what so many of you have been waiting for: a place to come early, sit down to a real meal, and settle in for the night.
Created by Chef Randy Tapia, the mind behind Santa Fe’s Poki Tako, Mystic Mesa brings together southwestern comfort food, elevated bar favorites, and fresh seafood, all with bold flavors and a relaxed, welcoming vibe. The menu is designed for sharing, lingering, and pairing perfectly with an evening of drinks and live music.
From charcuterie boards, wings, and nachos to vibrant salads, flatbreads, tacos, burgers, Chef Randy provides all the classic comfort bites. Whether you’re grabbing a bite before a show or making dinner the main event, the kitchen is ready.
