We’ve been wanting to offer some free summer shows on the outdoor stage at @themysticsantafe and are happy to move @lukemcmurraynutting to the outside Hideaway Stage on Saturday, July 13th! Even better, it’s a full band show with his band, The Mustered (featuring Joe Hecker on drums and Chavo Budlong on bass and harmonies) for two sets!
One of Santa Fe’s greats, LMN is a singer-songwriter who roams in the throwback groove of the best rockers from the 70s. The former Brooklynite has opened for the likes of Alabama Shakes, John Spencer Blues Explosion, and Titus Andronicus and it’s one you don’t want to miss!
We’ll get into for a few hours with doors at 6p and show at 7p. No cover! Come on out and enjoy some great music with a sunset and stars!
Luke McMurray Nutting
Luke McMurray Nutting is a song-writer and musician living in Santa Fe, New Mexico. He performs with his band, the Mustered, consisting of Joe Hecker on drums and Chavo Budlong on bass and harmony vocals. Nutting plays and writes roots music and red-blooded rock’n’roll.
Nutting released his first EP under his own name,“Confidence Man,” in June 2020, which he wrote, produced, and recorded.
His follow-up self-produced LP , “Getting to Lupita,” was released in August 2021.
Previous projects include garage-soul duo Winstons and solo recording project Ginger Ale in Brooklyn, NY, and, before that, Red Rattles and 6 Day Bender in Charlottesville, VA.
In his twenty-year career, Nutting has had the pleasure of opening for the likes of Alabama Shakes, Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, Nick Shoulders, Twin Peaks, The Whigs, Matthew Vasquez, and Titus Andronicus.
He lives with his wife, Clara, his son, Micky, two cats, and a dog.

HIGH DESERT HIDEAWAY (Outdoor Event Space)
Our expansive backyard event space is truly one-of-a-kind, and not just in Santa Fe. Concepted with weddings and live events in mind, the High Desert Hideaway is a stunning outdoor oasis. Scattered with desert bloomers, cacti and succulents, this space exudes the high desert of Northern New Mexico, while staying contemporary in its design.
Our 4-sided arbor offers a beautiful canopy of vines and lights to gather under for your nuptials and/or reception and allows couples flexibility in how they want to set up their seating and vow ceremony. Our large deck, with the backdrop of our otherworldly murals flanking both walls, presents a great place for live bands, DJ’s or just another space to spread out and enjoy the party. The Hideaway, our mobile bar created from a vintage Shasta trailer, will serve up the cocktails of your choice, along with offering another opportunity for great photos. The Mystic’s event space is complete with a unique and handmade fire pit area featuring tiered seating for large groups. It’s a great spot for songs and s’mores as your night winds on. There is plenty of space for food trucks, catering tents, and space for up to a 40’x40’ tent.
High Desert is The Mystic’s bar and café, offering a great breakfast, afternoon fare and a delectable dessert bar late into the evening. Enjoy delicious light bites, amazing salads, delicious pizzas, paninis, and luxurious charcuterie boards, just to name a few favorites. High Desert also offers a full coffee and cocktail bar, with craft concoctions for every spirit lover.
