The High Desert Trio is a band based in Santa Fe, New Mexico featuring Bob Bruen on Mandolin, Jonas Nahoum on Guitar, and Neal Denton on Bass. Their music features Hot Club Jazz and improvisational string music with swing and Bluegrass influences. A 23 year veteran of the New Mexico music scene, Bob has performed with New Mexico icons; the late Rex Warren, and Bill Hearne. Neal Denton, originally from Dallas, is a veteran of the Austin music scene and now in Santa Fe, having played Bluegrass, jazz and funk. Jonas Nahoum , since moving to Santa Fe in 2009 has performed on the biggest stages in Santa Fe in a variety of Americana bands.

The kitchen is back! Randy Tapia’s Mystic Mesa is now serving a full dinner menu at The Mystic Thursday–Saturday, 5–10pm. Created by Chef Randy Tapia of Santa Fe’s Poki Tako, the menu blends high-end soul food, bar favorites, and seafood into bold, satisfying dishes made for real nights out.
